Is there any better way to brighten the day than with the word of God? Through the Bible we discover that we have reason to place our faith in God, and have hope for the future. He is the wonderful and almighty who turns even the darkest days into light. Let God's word renew your faith and hope today!

1. A new life, through faith

“Very truly I tell you, whoever hears my word and believes him who sent me has eternal life and will not be judged but has crossed over from death to life." John 5:24

“Very truly I tell you, whoever hears my word and believes him who sent me has eternal life and will not be judged but has crossed over from death to life."
John 5:24

If you believe in Jesus, you have a new life! And that life has no end. There is no more condemnation because of sin and you can live freely and happily in God's presence. There is hope for you, even after death. The full life that Jesus offers is eternal.

2. The Joy of Hope

“8 Though you have not seen him, you love him; and even though you do not see him now, you believe in him and are filled with an inexpressible and glorious joy, 9 for you are receiving the end result of your faith, the salvation of your souls." 1 Peter 1:8-9

"8 Though you have not seen him, you love him; and even though you do not see him now, you believe in him and are filled with an inexpressible and glorious joy, 9 for you are receiving the end result of your faith, the salvation of your souls."
1 Peter 1:8-9

Feeling down? Then remember that you're on your way to heaven and a glory that's beyond imagination. Faith in Jesus brings a special joy that comes from the hope of a better future. The present may be difficult, but it's nothing compared to the wonderful glory of eternity.

3. Hope in God renews your strength

“but those who hope in the Lord will renew their strength. They will soar on wings like eagles; they will run and not grow weary, they will walk and not be faint." Isaiah 40:31

"but those who hope in the Lord
will renew their strength.
They will soar on wings like eagles;
they will run and not grow weary,
they will walk and not be faint."
Isaiah 40:31

When we believe and hope in God, everything happens at the right time. Nothing is too slow or too fast, God's timing is perfect. This trust is reflected in our health and behavior; we can rest in the knowledge that God is faithful!

4. Hope that Brings Peace

“May the God of hope fill you with all joy and peace as you trust in him, so that you may overflow with hope by the power of the Holy Spirit." Romans 15:13

"May the God of hope fill you with all joy and peace as you trust in him, so that you may overflow with hope by the power of the Holy Spirit."
Romans 15:13

When you believe in Jesus, you find peace. In good times and bad, you don't need to be afraid, because your trust is in God. He is taking care of your life. Knowing this is the best recipe for peace of mind there is.

5. The Hope we find in Glory

“Therefore, since we have been justified through faith, we have peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ, 2 through whom we have gained access by faith into this grace in which we now stand. And we boast in the hope of the glory of God." Romans 5:1-2

"Therefore, since we have been justified through faith, we have peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ, 2 through whom we have gained access by faith into this grace in which we now stand. And we boast in the hope of the glory of God."
Romans 5:1-2

Faith allows us to live in peace with God and to approach him with confidence. This faith gives us hope that one day we will stand before God and never again be far from his presence. We will see God's glory with our own eyes. And until then, we have the guarantee of his constant presence in our hearts.

6. Faith in God's Faithfulness

“Let us hold unswervingly to the hope we profess, for he who promised is faithful." Hebrews 10:23

"Let us hold unswervingly to the hope we profess, for he who promised is faithful."
Hebrews 10:23

Don't give up on your faith! Your hope is not in vain. God is faithful and always keeps his promises. If you love Jesus, he won't abandon you or take your blessing away from you. God is in control and will help you reach the glory of heaven, overcoming all obstacles on the way.

7. Rejoice, God has prepared a plan for you!

“For I know the plans I have for you,” declares the Lord, “plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future." Jeremiah 29:11

"For I know the plans I have for you,” declares the Lord, “plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future."
Jeremiah 29:11

What a wonderful reason to rejoice: God has a special plan for your life! Thank God, he prepares your heart for a new day. Put your life in his hands and you will see the great things he will do for you. Rejoice!

May your life be filled with faith and hope!
