Today's Word
Receive God's Touch in Your Life
In life, we develop relationships with other people through communication. We can know the Lord when we spend time talking to Him. It's impossible to have intimacy with God without prayer.
God hears every word when we pray, and if we ask according to His perfect and pleasing will, He grants it. This is one of the keys to the Christian life: much prayer, much power; little prayer, little power.
Then you will call on me and come and pray to me, and I will listen to you.
Jeremiah 29:12
The verse Jeremiah 29:12 reminds us of God's promise to always be present in our lives, ready to listen when we call out to Him. It's a reminder that at all times, God is willing to hear us, welcome our prayers, and answer the desires of our hearts.
In our moments of joy, and gratitude, and even in times of despair, we can seek God's presence in prayer, confident that He is willing to listen to us. This reminds us of the importance of constant communion with our Heavenly Father, our need to lay our burdens and joys before Him, knowing that He cares for us.
In prayer, we find peace, strength, and guidance. It's a precious moment of spiritual intimacy where we place our anxieties and gratitude before our Heavenly Father, strengthening our faith and connection with Him. Therefore, let us be encouraged to seek His presence and pray to Him, trusting that He will listen and respond according to His will, for He is faithful to His promises.
Take some time now to talk to your Heavenly Father.

Are You Free in Jesus?
It is for freedom that Christ has set us free. Stand firm, then, and do not let yourselves be burdened again by a yoke of slavery.
- Galatians 5:1
What does it mean to have freedom? The world tells us that it means doing whatever we want without any restrictions. You're free to make choices, even when they're wrong. But whoever chooses to sin is not truly free, they are a slave to sin. And the slavery of sin leads to spiritual death.
Freedom is more than just making choices. It means not living under constant oppression. The true freedom that comes from Jesus allows us to choose what is right and sets us free from the oppression of sin. In Jesus, you are free to say “no” to the slavery of sin and, with Him, live a life that pleases God.
When Christ sets us free, we experience an unmatched peace and genuine joy, because He frees us from the chains of sin, the fear of death, resentment, guilt, and so many other things that once held us captive.
For we know that our old self was crucified with him so that the body ruled by sin might be done away with, that we should no longer be slaves to sin.
- Romans 6:6
Are you free in Jesus? If you haven’t yet experienced true freedom in Christ, call out to Him in prayer right now. Pray that He will bring His freedom into your heart and help you live the abundant life He has prepared for you. Don’t wait any longer to start enjoying freedom in Christ.
Day Before Yesterday's Word
Make things right with God today
But about that day or hour no one knows, not even the angels in heaven, nor the Son,but only the Father. As it was in the days of Noah, so it will be at the coming of the Son of Man. For in the days before the flood, people were eating and drinking, marrying and giving in marriage, up to the day Noah entered the ark; and they knew nothing about what would happen until the flood came and took them all away. That is how it will be at the coming of the Son of Man.
- Matthew 24:36–39
Would you be prepared to meet God face to face tomorrow? The Bible says that if you repent of your sins and dedicate your life to following Jesus, you will have no reason to be afraid. When the time of reckoning comes, all of us who believe in Jesus as Lord and Savior and remain faithful will be presented as purified by Him. That is why it is important for you to set your life right with God today, while there is still time.
But what does it say? “The word is near you; it is in your mouth and in your heart,” that is, the message concerning faith that we proclaim: If you declare with your mouth, “Jesus is Lord,” and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved. For it is with your heart that you believe and are justified, and it is with your mouth that you profess your faith and are saved.
- Romans 10:8–10
